The brief was to bring this 70's home to the XXI century with a full interior and exterior uplift.

Lethborg Ave is where the house is located and once upon a time, the owner of this property was no other than Mr Lethborg which makes this home a special landmark to the street and for the Turners Beach community.

The project has features like floor heating throughout, intercom system in all the bedrooms and a massive indoor pool that probably made this 5 bedroom home a standout back in the day.

The exterior design that did not follow any geometric logic or rhythm was "cleaned up" by removing some windows and eaves. The flat facade was made three dimensional by the addition of a shrouded eastern window.

The interior layout was a group of small rooms and dark corridors taway from natural light. Therefore, the aim of the renovation was to open the ground floor living and kitchen to the garden area.

Upstairs the aim was to create a bigger bathroom and upgrade the master bedroom to have a proper walking robe and a more appealing ensuite design.
