On the outside, to create a simple but effective play with the balconies interlocking themseves and wrapping around the corner of the building. The aim with this project was to create a more dynamic facade without having to compromise the tight layouts with the exterior walls moving in or out.
On the inside the client wanted a variety of layouts, ranging from conventional units to a double storey duplex.
