The developer asked to design five new luxury residences over basement car parking in the heart of Toorak. With an average unit size of 250 square metres, the residences were designed for the most discerning of tastes.
The front units were designed to maximize a leafy northern aspect and the rear units were designed to visually connect with Brookville Gardens.
Each unit has at least three solar exposures. Great care was taken at the design stage in addressing the context, retaining significant trees, dealing with a high flood plane on site, and interfacing with sensitive neighboring private open space.
